Welcome to our comfortable, private and spacious studio room with King bed in the renowned Peppers Resort, Kingscliff.
Located on the 2nd level, at the end of wing 7, which makes it very secluded and private. Balcony views to the garden & Hinterland. Enjoy the superb Resort pools, bike riding, walks along the Surf Beach, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or lazing by the resort pool, the options are endless.
Free carparking, Wifi, Netflix also included. Get ready to unwind at Peppers Resort!
Located on level 2, this stylish and beautifully furnished top floor unit evokes relaxation and holiday adventures with stunning hinterland views to enjoy. Peppers Resort offers 2 beautiful outdoor pools, including year round spas attached to the two pools, gym and lovely gardens to walk through. The Unit is located in Wing 7, and is a corner unit so it is a quieter area of the Resort. All Resort facilities are for your use and enjoyment during your stay. You shall also have access to free WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix and a secure car park.
The patrolled surf beach is a short 5 minute walk from the unit and cafes at restaurants and shops at Salt Village are also a short stroll from the Unit. Whether you are seeking a relaxing stay or a stay full of adventure, the Resort offers it all. Fabulous bike riding tracks, great fishing, dining or just lounging by the pool, the Resort has something for everyone.
This unit features 1 hotel style studio unit (1 x king Bed) with sliding doors that lead out to a generous sized balcony.
Also as this is a studio unit, so there are no kitchen facilities. We do supply a kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), toasted sandwich maker, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided for your use. We provide milk, coffee pods, tea, sugar and bathroom products for your stay.
The Resort and Salt Village offer many eating and dining choices from casual cafes, bakeries to 4 star dining experiences. You shall also have access to a free secure carpark in the resort underground carpark.
You will self check in and details will be provided the week of your stay.
You will receive 2x keycards on lanyards. With these you will have full and private access to the Unit and all the amenities of the Resort. You will also have access to a free secure underground car park. There is private access to Units 7212 and 7211 via an entry vestibule. All doors are lockable and there is firewall separating Unit 7212 and 7211, so there is little noise transference.
NOTE:
Please ensure all doors to the entry vestibule/foyer are closed if you are using the toaster. The smoke alarm in the vestibule is very sensitive and even a small amount of smoke shall set off the Fire Alarm. The Fire Brigade are called automatically and charge a fee of $1,760.00.
You are able to enjoy all the amenities of the Resort. However please note that if you have any questions, we ask that you direct your questions to us and not the Resort Staff. You are booking directly with the Owner's Agent and NOT through Peppers Resort and therefore room service, room charges or Reception services are NOT AVAILABLE for this Unit booking. You are able to have breakfast at Season restaurant in the resort or enjoy food or beverages at the Cove Bar by the lagoon pool. You can just pay as you go, as you cannot charge to the unit. This property has been a holiday rental for many years, we have just recently started a new listing as the previous host has now retired and we are lucky enough to take over . .
