Located on the canal and just a 5 minute walk to the Beach and all the shops and restaurants Mooloolaba has to offer. Catch yourself a fish from your own backyard and enjoy a BBQ looking over the water. Take a morning paddle or a ride on the included paddle boards and bikes or sit back and enjoy the relaxing views.
As you walk through the doors of this exquisite waterfront property, you are instantly met with a sense of lightness and joy; welcoming as well as enticing you into its contemporary, laid back and breezy atmosphere.
The use of natural layers contribute to complementary palette of textures, colours and tone that create a true coastal connection.
If you’re your looking for somewhere offering the perfect balance of calming retreat and uplifting energy, than this is it! Take a morning paddle on the included paddle boards or, perhaps you prefer a ride down to the shops or restaurants on the bikes provided.
Don’t feel like the extra exertion? No worries, we got you. You can just sit back and enjoy the relaxing views and peaceful environment.
If you get the urge to feel the sand between your toes, you can take a short 5 minute stroll to the beach and immerse yourself in all that breathtaking Mooloolaba has to offer.
This property offers all the modern day conveniences, including a BBQ overlooking the water. Can you just imagine… catching yourself a fish or two from your very own backyard and cooking it up a feast Masterchef style on the BBQ hotplate?
To help you settle in, we provide tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash, hair care products, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. After these are used, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is included as part of our Premium Linen Service, and we also provide beach towels for your convenience.
Please note, this property is NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any such requests, as we do not condone or wish to host these types of events. The property is also strictly NO smoking. This is a peaceful retreat best suited for families, friends, and small groups who seek a quiet, relaxing stay.
The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell, additional cleaning and replacement costs will be charged.

You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
