The Space
This apartment features a Queen bedroom and a connected sitting area with a green sofa and a Smart TV.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, and a L'OR Barista coffee machine with milk frother. There is also a dining table.
Two dedicated work areas cater to productivity: a bright, window-lined Sunroom/Workroom with a desk and armchairs, and a separate, dedicated Study Nook with a monitor setup.
The property also boasts an outdoor patio with dining seating and a clean, modern bathroom with a shower.

Important Note on Entry: The front entry door has a deadlock that requires the key to remain inserted on the inside in order for guests to unlock it from the outside.
Please note: This property operates as a shared office space. Two rooms will remain locked and are reserved exclusively for the owners’ private use.
