This is a brand-new duplex, and your group will have the entire unit to yourselves. The separate basement suite below has its own private entrance, full kitchen and laundry. Enjoy the entire 3,100 sq ft space, including a private patio and south-facing backyard. A double garage is available for parking that fits 1 vehicle (note: trucks may not fit).

Security Camera Notice For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed at the entrances. These cameras monitor only the outside of the home. The system is professionally monitored to verify guest occupancy, check‑in and check‑out activity, and to detect any potential for parties or other disturbances/unusual activity that may violate house rules. We receive immediate notifications if any rules are broken
Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire duplex, including the backyard and garage. Other things to note Items to Note Before Booking:
- Please confirm you have read and agreed to all house rules prior to booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to review them.
- North Glenmore is one of Calgary’s most desirable inner-city neighborhoods, known for its vibrant community and strong demand for new homes. As the area continues to develop, there is currently construction taking place next door. We’ve thoughtfully priced this into our rates and taken steps to minimize any impact on your stay. However, if you believe this may affect your experience, we completely understand if you choose to book elsewhere.
- Due to the architectural design of the master bedroom window, blackout blinds were not installed in order to preserve the beautiful archway. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, we recommend bringing a sleep mask to ensure an undisturbed rest.
- The built-in sound system is not available for guest use, as we want to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. If you’d like to enjoy music during your stay, we kindly ask that you bring a small portable speaker and keep the volume at a considerate level.
Pet Policy
- Two pets allowed per stay.
- A $45 per stay pet fee applies, which covers additional cleaning and pet hair removal.
- Pets must be fully house-trained and well-behaved.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet indoors and outdoors.
- Only the guests included on the Airbnb reservation are permitted on the property at any time. This is required for our insurance coverage, our Calgary Short‑Term Rental license, and Airbnb’s policies.
- Any excessive damage or additional cleaning required may result in extra charges.
-Please have dogs use the backyard only, front yard use is not permitted to protect the grass. For extra space, a grassy area is available across the street.
Mid‑Stay Housekeeping for Extended Stays (14+ Nights)
To ensure the home remains fresh, comfortable, and impeccably maintained throughout your stay, full housekeeping service is required for all reservations longer than 14 nights. A complete clean — including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, and a full linen and towel refresh — will be performed on day 14, and every 14 days thereafter until checkout. Housekeeping fees are billed separately $150/clean. A starter pack of consumables is provided at check‑in; guests are responsible for purchasing any additional household items needed for the remainder of their stay.

Ben was a fantastic guest — he followed all house rules and left the place in excellent condition. Communication was easy, and I would happily host him again anytime.
