Hosting duties are provided directly by the homeowners who live in the main house on the property. They have hosted guests at this location for years and are noted for their hospitality and attention to detail.

Step under the archway and through the garden gate onto a golden stone path that ushers you through a private garden setting to the front door of your updated Comstock Post-Adobe cottage.

Living Space and Kitchen
Guests may enter the cottage through the front door or via the locking gate off the dedicated driveway, where a motion-light will escort you in through French doors.

Relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping, beach combing, business, Bach, Classic Cars or great golf in this retreat. The sitting area houses a love seat, bistro table with stools, DVD player and a flat-screen TV. An expanse of windows opens to gardens and lets in the clear light for which Carmel is known by residents and revered by photographers.

The cottage has a kitchen with plenty of cupboard storage and counter space, bistro table with leather-top stools, along with an under-counter refrigerator and full-size oven and sleek electric stove top.

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom hosts a comfortable queen-size bed with high thread count, hand-pressed linens, extra pillows and soft comforter, plus a dresser, mirror, spacious closet.
Full bathroom with shower over tub.
