The separate and charming guest house has its own kitchen, full bath and cozy fireplace. The lush gardens offer cozy sitting areas, meandering paths and loads of privacy. From the large gathering deck watch the waves crashing at Point Lobos and the sun waning into the horizon. The home is situated on a very private, fenced lot with mature landscaping lending to the sense of escape.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. (Strictly no cats due to the Homeowner's extreme allergies.)

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
