The unit forms part of a larger home where the host’s family resides, but with your own private entrance & separate front yard, you’ll enjoy both privacy & a welcoming residential setting.



The Space:

Located in a convenient pocket of Fulham, this light and comfortable two-bedroom unit offers an easy base close to both the beach and the city. The space is thoughtfully put together with a practical kitchen, a warm lounge area and a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub—ideal for a quiet wind-down after a busy day. With its bright interiors and relaxed layout, it’s well suited to small families, friends or work travellers.



The unit sits at the front of a larger family home, and while you’ll have your own private entrance and fenced front yard, you’ll still enjoy the friendly feel of a residential neighbourhood. Henley Beach, local cafés, supermarkets and everyday conveniences are only minutes away, and the CBD and airport are a short drive. A comfortable and well-located stay for guests wanting coastal ease with city accessibility.

This stylish 2-bedroom unit is part of a larger home, with the host’s family residing in the main section of the house. Your Airbnb stay includes a private entrance and separate front yard, ensuring privacy and a peaceful stay.



The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, two comfortable bedrooms, and one full bathroom – all exclusively for your use. You’ll have the entire space to yourself to relax and unwind.



Please note: the laundry area is shared with the host’s family. It is a two-door setup, accessible from both your Airbnb unit and the host’s private residence.



Street parking only – please do not park on the driveway, as it may block access to the host's garage.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
