The Space:

This three-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and practical stay for up to six guests. It features one king bed, one queen bed and one double bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The layout is well suited for shared living.



The apartment includes a bathtub for relaxation, along with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or spending time outside. The space is designed for both comfort and everyday use.



A fully equipped kitchen is available, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease during their stay, whether for short visits or longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay, with the exception of the garage.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
