Wind Paradise 3 in Prea near Rancho do Kite and Jeri

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building in downtown Preá, Ceará, within walking distance of Rancho do Kite. From there, guests can easily access the beach through their grounds and enjoy the restaurant, kite school, and beach facilities, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area.



The apartment offers a cozy and sheltered atmosphere, ideal for guests who prefer a calmer indoor environment. While it is more protected from the wind, the space is well equipped with several powerful fans that keep the apartment pleasant and comfortable throughout the day, even during warmer periods. In the late afternoon, the light changes beautifully, and the apartment is a great place to enjoy the sunset.



The Space:

There are two bedrooms designed for rest and privacy. One bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom, while the second bedroom features a Queen-size bed with a full bathroom located right next to it.



The layout is practical and works very well for couples, friends, or small families. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for preparing meals at home, whether you are staying for a short getaway or a longer stay.



One of the highlights of this apartment is the balcony, which offers a pleasant space to relax, read, or enjoy the evening breeze as the sun goes down. The living area is comfortable and inviting, with a TV offering a wide selection of channels, movies, and series on demand, as well as reliable Wi-Fi internet.



The neighborhood is extremely safe at any time of day or night, with free street parking available nearby. This apartment is a great choice for guests visiting Preá for the first time who want a central location, easy beach access, and a comfortable place to unwind after days spent enjoying the sea, kitesurfing, and the relaxed rhythm of the village.

The Neighborhood:

Preá is one of those rare places where life moves at a different rhythm. It’s a small, authentic beach village with long, untouched stretches of sand, steady winds, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel far from everything—yet close to what really matters. The beach here is wide and open, perfect for long walks, lounging under the sun, or watching the kites fill the sky in the afternoon.



This coastline is known worldwide for kitesurfing, and for good reason: the winds are strong, consistent, and incredibly reliable. Whether you’re into big air, cruising, or just starting out, Preá and its surroundings offer the best conditions. Barrinha, only about 20 minutes away, has calmer, flatter water, which is great for beginners or anyone who prefers that style. And if you want more movement, restaurants, and nightlife, Jericoacoara is also just 20 minutes from the house—an international destination famous for its dunes, lagoons, and sunset gatherings.



Beyond kiteboarding, the region has a lot to offer. You can explore freshwater lagoons, take a quad or 4x4 tour along the coast, ride horses on the beach, try a downwind, or simply enjoy the natural beauty that makes this part of Ceará so special. The landscapes change with the tides, the light, and the wind, and every day brings something a little different.



Preá is warm, welcoming, and full of small local spots to discover. It’s the kind of place where mornings start slowly, afternoons are for the beach, and evenings are all about good food and simple pleasures. Whether you already know and love the area or are just discovering it for the first time, it’s an easy place to feel at home.



Getting Around:

Taxis, apart from renting a 4x4 car or ATV with us would be our recommended options.

Rancho do Peixe entrance is at 350m distance.

They are offering full breakfast for 88 reais (currently in December 2025).



We can offer linens and towels optionally for 50 reais.



House Rules:



* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.

* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm, up to 2 persons at the same time and 4 different people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.

* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in

* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet, nor building facilities closed temporarily for causes outside of our control.

* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged

* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
