Freshly renovated and thoughtfully styled, this classic Queenslander pairs heritage charm with modern comfort. A stylish living area, a study room, and a private deck set up for easy outdoor lounging create a welcoming place to unwind. Split-system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking effortless. With on-site parking and easy access to dining, culture, and transport and the CBD, it’s a relaxed retreat with timeless appeal.
Discover the upstairs level of this beautifully refreshed Queenslander, where heritage details and a spacious layout create an inviting setting for relaxed group living. At the front of the home, a generous covered deck offers a lovely spot for morning coffee. Inside, the living area is styled with a plush sofa and large-screen TV, creating an inviting space to unwind after time in the city. A separate study with multiple workspaces and its own split-system air conditioning provides a calm setting for remote work or focused time.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine, with generous bench space for easy home cooking. The dining area seats six, creating a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation. After dining, unwind with a drink on the rear deck overlooking the lush backyard, where comfortable seating and leafy surrounds create a peaceful place to relax and linger.
Accommodation includes three bedrooms styled as calm retreats with quality bedding and storage: a king room, a queen room, and a twin with two single beds. The central bathroom offers a full bathtub and walk-in shower, while the private laundry includes a washer and dryer for longer stays.
Split-system air conditioning is available in the primary bedroom, living area, and study, with heating in the primary bedroom and living area. Secure garage parking accommodates up to three vehicles.
Please note that the backyard is shared with a downstairs studio occupied by the owner, while the entire upstairs level is for your exclusive use.
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the main house. The downstairs studio is privately occupied by the owner and is completely separate and not accessible to guests. The backyard is shared with the owners. There is also another short-term rental on the block; however, both properties have private entrances to ensure your privacy. Please make yourselves at home!

Local favourites such as Pawpaw Café, Sasso Italiano, 1889 Enoteca, Clove n’ Honey, and South City Wine Bar & Bistro are close by for brunches and relaxed evenings, while Fish Lane in South Brisbane—known for its trendy restaurants, bars, cafés, and street art—is just a short drive away. The Gabba stadium is nearby for major sporting events and concerts, and South Bank’s riverfront, parklands, and cultural precinct are easily accessible. With excellent bus connections via the Woolloongabba Busway and nearby train stations, commuting into the CBD is quick and convenient, making this a well-connected base for work or leisure stays.
