Hi Erin, Thank you again for choosing our property for your family time. We appreciate your detailed review. So glad you enjoyed many of the special things we enjoy there as well!! For future renters, I want to address the cons: 1. We like to open the windows and use the fan in the 3-season porch. It provides a nice cross breeze and lovely experience (unless the weather is super hot hot, which it may have been during your stay). 2. We have had the exterior of the home sprayed twice this season so far for spiders (May and July), as lake properties tend to attract them. We also had the interior sprayed on July 22nd (unfortunately, the date of your check out) after our cleaning crew said the cobwebs seemed to keep appearing even though they were removing them each and every time. And sometimes we accidentally miss something in our spring clean, so thanks for letting us know about the main floor bathroom fan. We will take care of that. I apologize the outdoor furniture was left untidy. It is on our cleaning crew's checklist, but it's possible they accidentally forgot to take care of it that day. In our check-in information, we do ask that you make us aware if you find anything unclean or unacceptable. I wish we could have remedied this situation for you if we would have known. 3. So sorry for your experience on the chain. I will try to include more information. We haven't been able to explore all of it since we have only owned the property about 2 years. 4. I'm sorry you experienced poor water pressure. It has never been an issue for us. 5. When furnishing the bedrooms, we decided we wanted a very open feel and didn't want to clutter up the space with dressers since a majority of travelers don't put their items in them. We have never thought of putting mirrors in the bedrooms. We will take your suggestion into consideration. Thanks again for your stay and we hope you'll come back again sometime!
