The Space

A freshly renovated three-bedroom townhouse tucked into elevated Anderson Heights, with peaceful surrounds just minutes from central Queenstown.

Upper floor: living, dining, kitchen, balcony

Ground floor: guest toilet, entrance, ensuite, laundry, master bedroom, balcony

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Downstairs ensuite with standing shower; Downstairs main bathroom with standing shower. Half bathroom located on the same floor as kicthen/lounge.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.

Balcony: Off Lounge & Master Bedroom.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Anderson Heights is a quiet residential area set slightly above Queenstown, offering a calm environment away from the bustle of the town centre. The elevated position provides a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to Queenstown’s restaurants, shops, lakefront, and adventure activities.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs present; 3 steps from entry to main living level; Additional 11-step staircase to lower bedroom level; Handrails installed along staircases; No lift access

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
