The dining area includes an elegant 8-seated dining table which can be extended to fit 10 people comfortably.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed with single sofa. Tower fan, and central heating and cooling.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized bed, single sofa, ceiling fan and central heating and cooling.

Bedroom 3 has a Bunk bed ( double-bed with a single on top ).Tower fan. and central heating and cooling.

Guest access
The guests can access the entire house, front and backyard and the double lockable garage.

Schoolies, parties, functions and other major events are prohibited. No smoking in the house.
