The kitchen offers generous bench space and quality appliances, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge, making everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners feel effortless. Just beside it, a dining table for six invites shared meals and lingering conversation.

Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, share a central bathroom with a full bathtub and separate shower. For year-round comfort, split-system air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and two queen-sized bedrooms, with ceiling fans throughout. Secure garage parking is available for two vehicles.
