Nice Stay

This home was great for our weekend trip in Huntersville for a soccer tournament. The place slept 7 people comfortably and had everything we needed for breakfasts in the morning and a nice spot at night, the patio, for relaxing with friends. The door lock gave us some troubles but the management team was super helpful in resolving. Thank you!

Plenty of space

Loved the space and layout of the home! Each bedroom having their own bathroom was super nice. Beautiful and clean kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor space with the fire pit was great to relax in. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Their was lots of space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is old and was renovated minimally, just felt like I was staying at grandma’s house

Though this property advertises multiple amenities on site, a lot of them do not work properly- including fire pit, sauna and even lights to enjoy the outdoor space advertised. The entire point of booking this property for the price are the extra amenities that ultimately failed to work. With this, American cockroaches are more common in NC, but there were some found in the lower level. Various handles/faucets were broken in the master bathroom, falling off the wall completely or making the bathtub difficult to use. Dishes from past guests were left in dishwasher and dishes put away had mildew smell from being put away wet. Finally, after letting them know about these issues, we were given NO response since they already had our money.

Perfect Location for a Family Visit

We stayed at this location over the 4th of July weekend and it worked out to be the perfect location for all of us to stay while visiting family in Huntersville. The house is well styled and stocked with everything you need to cook, relax and rest easily. We really did love the screened in porch with the ceiling fan. The temps were high...... When we arrived, it was hot in the house. Especially in the upstairs bedrooms. We were assured the cleaning crew had bumped up the thermostat to 74 and we could expect a cooler upstairs within an hour. It took a little longer but we did sleep comfortably. Ceiling fans would be a good idea to add to the bedrooms. We did find that the thermostat would often reset back to 74 degrees. The house outside could use a bit of TLC. The inside could use a better cleaning crew.

We do apologize that week was when temperatures were above 100 and there are fans in the closet however all we have ensured the AC is working properly.
