Enjoy bay views from the living room and kitchen; just steps to the bike and walking path along Ocean View Blvd. that wraps around Monterey Bay. Set among the historic homes of Pacific Grove, also known as Butterfly Town USA - don't forget to visit the Monarch Sanctuary!

Clad in redwood board and batten style redwood siding and surrounded by a verdant garden filled with shrubs and perennials, this adorable vintage cottage will welcome you with open arms. Warm wood tones of redwood paneling, board and batten details, wood floors and exposed beams on vaulted ceilings create an inviting interior and a cabin-like feel. Mid-century touches throughout this single-level home harken back to a simpler time.

Living Space
Walk through the front yard with its welcoming outdoor seating area with adirondack chairs facing the bay.
Enter into the living room/dining room space with a wood burning fireplace surrounded by brick, large picture windows looking out toward the bay, TV, DVD and stereo (radio).
The dining table is perfectly situated in front of the view window so you can catch a peek of the bay while you enjoy your meals.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen has ceramic tile counters and updated appliances including gas range, refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer.
Please note that this home does not have a dishwasher.
A convenient pass-through service bar connects the kitchen into dining/living area.

Outside
The back patio has a nice outside seating space with wooden chairs and small tables. The side yard has an attractive grassy area perfect for getting your bare feet connected to the earth while you soak in the sea breeze and smells of the sea.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Cozy bedrooms have everything you need for a good night's sleep and lamplight warmly glows against the redwood walls in the evenings.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 has a full/double bed.
The shared hall bath has a shower-over-tub combination.

Sorry, this is not a pet friendly property.

A stacked washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.

Off-street parking for 1-2 small vehicles in the driveway. Street parking directly in front of the home is available on a first come, first served basis. The garage is not available for guest use.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
