We rented this "pet friently" house near the parks for easy mid-day returns. Upon late arrival, the gate guard said our names weren’t on the list. After 15 minutes with no response from the property contact, he luckily let us in.Inside, there were no instructions for WiFi, thermostat, or TVs (both of which had 4 remotes).It advertised a king bed, but it was closer to a double and very hard, forcing us to sleep in another room. (master closet light was out)The next morning, we received messages telling us not to bring our dog inside, despite the listing clearly allowing pets (at the time).There were cameras front and back, so either the owner or property manager must have been watching closely to see whenever we went in or out with dog.The property manager admitted it was the listing mistake, but said the owner did not want pets and required us to leave immediately.They found us another house farther away but wasn't ready yet.We were going to stay here until then, however whoever controlled the alarm wanted us out. We sat by the pool waiting until the new house was ready, but upon entering the house it set off the alarm. It stopped after 15 min. But then 15 min later when we didn't leave the property, someone armed it again and it went off. No one from the property company was getting back to me about the code to turn off the alarm, so we finally gave up and let them force us to leave.Loss of a vacation day plus longer driving than what we had booked.
