Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this apartment provides a convenient and relaxing base close to The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai’s best dining and entertainment.

A large L-shaped sofa in soft velvet invites you to relax, whether it’s for an evening of unwinding after a day in the city or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. The sofa faces a sleek TV unit with a smart TV, creating a cozy corner for entertainment or streaming your favorite shows.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a private balcony, framing views of Downtown Dubai’s sparkling skyline—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the city lights come alive at night. The adjacent dining area features a glass table that seats six, offering a stylish yet practical space for meals or working remotely. The kitchen overlooks the living area and is equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner while still staying connected with guests in the lounge.
Master Bedroom
The bedroom combines comfort and functionality with understated style. A king-size bed with side tables and soft lamp lighting creates a cozy, restful atmosphere. Two windows fill the room with natural light, highlighting the built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a versatile work desk/vanity. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub, providing a private space to unwind after a day exploring the city. The layout and furnishings make the bedroom both practical and welcoming, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Take a refreshing swim in the outdoor temperature-controlled pool, keep up with your fitness routine in the fully equipped gym, or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. With 24-hour reception and security, your stay is both safe and effortless, allowing you to focus on enjoying everything Downtown Dubai has to offer.

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Please note that a monthly security deposit of AED 5000 is required for monthly stay

All of which are a short walking distance from the apartment, along with the Dubai Opera House and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the vibrant thoroughfare dotted with cafes and retail outlets.
Whenever you’re ready to head out into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences in Dubai style. For those lazy beach days, a taxi will get you to the Arabian Gulf in 5 minutes, and for the more adventurous traveller, how about venturing out to Dubai Creek and taking a Dhow Dinner Cruise? When you’re ready to explore the city further afield, you can take the Dubai Metro or an RTA taxi. Careem and other car services are available and widely used throughout the Emirate.
