Rental cars are not needed unless you are planning a swamp tour or going to a plantation. There are options for tours like this that will bus you to those locations as well. Public Buses & Stops • Right around the corner you’ll find convenient bus stops like St Bernard at N. Galvez, Esplanade Ave. at N. Galvez St., N. Galvez at Orleans, and Esplanade at N. Miro with frequent routes connecting you to downtown, Uptown, City Park, and beyond. Routes such as the 51, 52, 53-O, 84, and others serve the neighborhood and link you to the broader RTA network.
Streetcar & Regional Connections If you want to take one of New Orleans’ iconic streetcars, just a short walk (about 0.7–0.9 miles) will put you at lines like the Canal Streetcar Line or the St. Charles Streetcar Line. These run through major corridors to the French Quarter, Arts/Warehouse District, and Uptown.

Parking is free anywhere around our property. In low season and on weekdays, parking can be fairly easy near or in the French Quarter especially with compact cars. Just be aware of parking restrictions and always pay in paid parking areas or you will get booted!
- Smoking is allowed around the entire property but is highly forbidden in the house. - There are multiple seating arrangements that include 4 different table areas as well as an outdoor sofa set, a New Orleans parkbench and 3 sun loungers -An outdoor gas fireplace is available for use...please inquire -There are soundbars in the indoor living space as well as the outdoor pool house -We provide a little lagniappe(extra gift): Fresh coffee, spring water, varied alcoholic beverages pool side, and (non sulphate) shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner.
