Absolutely loved our stay! This place is beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect getaway. It really has everything you need for both entertainment (fully stocked kitchen, grill, huge table) and relaxation (beautiful pond, little trails, chirping birds). The location is fantastic - just a stone's throw from Lake Michigan, plus all the shops and restaurants are nearby, making it super convenient. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some time away!

Located just 10 minutes from both downtown South Haven and Saugatuck, you'll have easy access to Lake Michigan beaches, dining, shopping, and local attractions, then return home to relax in complete seclusion. In the warmer months, enjoy the gazebo, expansive outdoor spaces, and tranquil pond views. Fall brings vibrant color and crisp evenings gathered around the fire pit. Winter stays are especially cozy with two fireplaces, a hot tub under the stars, and peaceful, snow-covered surroundings. Spring offers quiet renewal, blooming landscapes, and fewer crowds.

As you enter the lower level, you'll find two separate guest rooms, each with a queen bed and an ensuite full bath. A spacious lounge area opens to a game room complete with foosball and a ping-pong table—perfect for gathering and entertaining. Follow the curved staircase to the upper level, where a cozy living space connects to a sunny, well-equipped kitchen with large island,a bar area and an oversized farmhouse dining table ideal for shared meals.

The primary suite is also located on this level and features a king bed, a twin trundle, and an attached full bath with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms round out the upper floor: one with a twin-over-full bunk and an additional full bed, and another with a queen bed. Both bedrooms include ensuite full baths for added comfort and privacy.

Sliding doors lead to a spacious deck and screened-in gazebo, offering plenty of room to lounge or enjoy outdoor dining surrounded by wooded privacy. The hot tub overlooks the expansive, park-like grounds complete with a fire pit and private pond—an inviting setting for making lasting memories in any season.

The outdoor setting is what makes this place unforgettable. The pond creates such a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Kayaks are welcome. Evenings by the fire pit were a highlight of our stay. Kids loved having so much space to explore, while adults appreciated the quiet and privacy.
Inside, the kitchen is excellent—fully stocked with high-end appliances and perfect for cooking for a group. The playroom quickly became our go-to hangout spot. Add in the convenient location near great Michigan towns with plenty to do, and this home really has it all.
A beautiful, serene retreat that feels both special and welcoming. We'd return in a heartbeat.'

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
