• Please do not use the snowblower. Snow clearing is managed by the host/management team for safety and insurance reasons.
• Do not turn off all air-conditioning units in winter. It’s best to keep some units running upstairs and downstairs and set between 18–24°C to maintain warmth and prevent freezing.
• The property is in a quiet residential area. Please be respectful of neighbours, especially at night.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Please ensure rubbish is sorted correctly according to the bin labels provided, in line with local rules.
• During heavy snowfall, guests may need to shovel a small amount of snow in front of parked vehicles to exit before management completes full snow clearing.
• Winter driving conditions can be icy—appropriate tyres and caution are essential.
Do not try to use the snow blower, at all, ever. This machine is extremely dangerous and is for the use of the management only.
Guests are not to try and park their car inside the garage. Parking is available directly in front of the large garage door and to the left of the large garage door. Please ensure you car is not parked blocking the small garage door as we need to be able to drive the snowblower out of this garage to clear snow. Please also ensure your car is parked forward as far as possible so as to not block the walkway as the council snowblower clear this path and the streets in the mornings.
Guests will potentially have to clear a small amount of snow themselves from the driveway in order to drive their car out onto the street. Please place the removed snow in the furthest to the left car park space.
Please remove your shoes at the front door and use the slippers if you choose.
Please do not wear and walk your ski/snow boots inside and to the dry room. Guests are to remove them in the garage and place them inside the dry room.
Please do not turn off ALL of the AC units. Please leave at minimum the AC units in the downstairs and upstairs lounge rooms running. Please keep all AC units at a temperature between 18-24c. Please avoid `blasting` the AC units on a high temp to warm up a room quickly. Its best to keep the AC`s running on a lower temp constantly. This avoids condensation build up in the units outside and the subsequent freezing and damage to the units.
Please do not sit hot pans/pots on the kitchen benches. There are special rubber pan/pot bases in the kitchen cupboard to sit pans/pots on.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I chose the Myoko area because it offers the best of Japan’s mountain lifestyle without the crowds — incredible powder snow, a great mix of ski resorts, and a relaxed local feel. You get easy access to multiple mountains, great food, onsens, and everyday conveniences, all while staying somewhere quieter and more authentic than the bigger resort towns.
Myoko is the kind of place where you can ski hard during the day and properly unwind at night — which is exactly why I wanted to host here.
