Sofa Bed:
The queen-size sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. An additional charge of $35 per person, per stay applies to cover the cost of extra linens, towels, and amenities. Please let us know in advance if you’d like the sofa bed prepared for your stay.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. These activities trigger sensitive smoke alarms, potentially causing false alarms and a costly call-out fee between $5,000 and $7,500, which will be charged to the responsible guest.
Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed under any circumstances. Violations may lead to penalties and immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are only permitted if explicitly approved in writing prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur additional cleaning fees and penalties.
Please help us maintain a clean environment. Although professional cleaning is included after each stay, excessive mess or failure to keep reasonable cleanliness may result in extra cleaning charges.
Lost keys will incur a minimum $300 replacement fee to cover locksmith and lock replacement costs if necessary.
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to host approval and availability. Additional fees may apply.
We offer 24/7 flexible check-in and check-out for your convenience.
Any damage or breakages during your stay will be assessed, and costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items.
The building may undergo fire testing at any time as required by periodic maintenance protocols.
In rare situations, such as severe weather, the key collection point may be closed. If this occurs, please contact your host and an alternative arrangement will be made.
- Absolutely NO smoking or vaping anywhere in the building building. Both activities set off the smoke alarms which may result in a false alarm call out fee of $5,000 - $7,500. Should this occur, that cost will be on charged to the guest responsible.
