Two generous bedrooms, each with cloud-soft queen beds, blackout blinds, and room to breathe — a sanctuary for dreamers.
Study nook with a view in one of our bedrooms, perfect for writing, sketching, Zoom calls, or moments of stillness.
Fully equipped kitchen — gas stove, stone benchtops, Nespresso machine, oven, fridge, cookware, glassware — made for slow breakfasts and shared evening plates.
Direct access to The Star Casino, fine dining, bars, and entertainment — all just an elevator ride away.
A short walk brings you to the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and the light rail.
Please note: No free parking is included. Paid parking options are available nearby.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
This apartment is privately hosted — the hotel front desk cannot assist. Please message us directly for anything you need; we’re always here and just a text away.
Parking is NOT included. You may use The Star Casino’s public carpark:
• $30 max/day (MON-FRI) or $50 max/ day (SAT-SUN) for guests
• Motorcycle flat rate: $7/day
• Overnight entry between 12am–6am is complimentary
(Rates may vary; pay stations are located in the carpark.)
Keys are collected offsite, just an easy 800m walk from the residence. You’ll receive detailed instructions ahead of time. The key pickup location allows for extended hours and more flexibility for your check-in.
Lock-out service is available for $100, so do carry your keys when you head out — whether for a beach stroll or dinner downstairs at Kiyomi.
