Escape to the countryside while staying minutes from town. This peaceful self contained studio, set on 12 acres of rolling farmland offers privacy, views and a sense of calm. Wake up to birdsong, enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio, unwind in a comfortable, thoughtfully set‑up studio. Only six minutes from Warkworth, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds - country space and privacy, with the convenience of town nearby, within easy reach of some of the world's most beautiful beaches.
A long, tree-lined driveway sets the scene as you arrive, leading to a warm and inviting studio. Unwind with a drink on the covered patio, and take in the peaceful rural outlook. A couple of lovely ponds adds a touch of magic, with their weeping willows and water lilies, creating a serene setting to enjoy year-round.
The studio features a queen bed with linen, a private bathroom with shower and towels provided, and a well‑equipped kitchenette for simple meals. There is free parking right outside the door and easy access to the restaurants and cafes in Warkworth and Matakana, as well as stunning beaches, vineyards, farmers markets and local walks.

Guests are welcome to walk along the paddocks and enjoy the wider lawns down to the ponds. Parents please keep an eye on younger children as the ponds are not fenced and there can be animals in the paddocks and large dogs.

The room is set up for two people with a Queen bed. You may bring a third friend or children, but just be aware that their sleeping arrangements will be a more basic setup (i.e. mattress on the floor).
