• No pets allowed (undisclosed pets: $250 per pet/night)
• Registered guests only for overnight stays ($100 per undisclosed guest)
• Please remove outdoor shoes indoors
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability ($50 early / $50 per hour late)
• No smoking or vaping inside ($250 minimum fee)
• Security cameras at exterior entrances for safety only
