We appreciate your kind words about the property. Cleaning Issues We apologize for the cleaning issues you encountered. This is not the standard we aim to uphold, and we will ensure that our housekeeping team addresses these concerns promptly to prevent future occurrences. Beach Access We understand that the beach access was inconvenient due to the need to walk through two streams of backwater. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, especially when carrying beach items. We will look into providing clearer information about the beach access in our listing to set proper expectations for future guests. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home and its wonderful location. We are truly sorry to learn about your frustrations regarding the limited supply of trash bags and amenities, as well as your experience with the pool heating request and our customer service. Your comments are important to us, and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you encountered. Regarding the pool heat, we understand how disappointing it must have been to receive conflicting information between the listing, the handbook, and our team’s response. We strive to keep our information as clear and consistent as possible, and we are sorry for any miscommunication. Our standard policy is to request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance to ensure it’s ready for your arrival. We will be sure to share your feedback with our team so we can review and update our materials for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a smoother, more enjoyable stay in the future.

Thank you, Lisa, for your detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home, especially the top-floor loft and the pool. However, we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the hot tub; we can assure you that it is functioning properly, and we regret that our communication fell short during your stay. We appreciate your insights about the beach access and will ensure that future guests are better informed about packing essentials like beach towels and other supplies. We hope you and your families had a memorable trip despite these challenges, and we’d love to welcome you back in the future!
