Nestled in Footscray, this four bedroom, two bathroom residence reimagines suburban living through natural materials and considered spatial flow. Set behind a private facade, the home unfolds across two levels where timber warmth meets abundant light and a hidden garden oasis becomes the heart of daily life.

Living & Entertaining
Open plan living flows beneath soaring white ceilings with timber cabinetry defining zones without walls. Large format woven pendant lights hover above the reclaimed timber dining table, while floor to ceiling timber framed windows flood the space with natural light. The corner grey sofa faces a wall mounted television with integrated surround sound, creating a relaxed media zone. A minimalist fireplace with glass panels anchors one end of the living area. Timber flooring runs continuously from kitchen through living to the garden threshold, where sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoor comfort and outdoor sanctuary.

The private garden centres on a mature Japanese maple with foliage that shifts through seasons. Circular concrete stepping stones trace paths through lawn and garden beds, while high timber screening creates complete privacy. A timber deck extends from the living area with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining setup, while a sun lounge and side table beckon for a morning coffee or evening wine

Sleep
The master bedroom on the ground floor honours the Edwardian facade of the home with a queen bed facing original stained glass bay windows. The generous second bedroom fits two king singles set against playful wallpaper, perfect for children or guests sharing space.

Upstairs, two additional restful bedrooms provide flexible accommodation. One holds a queen bed, another holds a double bed with a desk and bookshelves for those who work or study from home.
