ECRIN bears this name because we wanted to create an exceptional place that reflects who we are—and nothing about it is “reasonable.”
It was built to be rented out, but we designed it as if we were going to live there year-round; that’s where the difference lies.

The only limits we set for ourselves were compliance with regulations and the preservation of nature—we built it using the finest and least polluting materials possible.

L’Ecrin has just been awarded a 5-star rating in the furnished vacation rentals category.

This wood-clad chalet welcomes you with 500 m² of living space filled with charm and refinement.
Thanks to its exceptional location, it offers a panoramic view of Cerdagne from every living area.
All our choices were guided by a desire to offer maximum comfort and luxury in a pleasant, simple, and above all, restful space.
It was designed over three floors to best adapt to the natural layout of the land. The selection of materials and equipment was crucial; as a result, we’ve succeeded in making it not just neutral for our planet, but actually beneficial. It produces more energy than it consumes thanks to the solar panels covering the entire roof, its high-performance insulation, its south-facing floor-to-ceiling windows, and its rainwater harvesting system.
We also offer our guests a free electric vehicle charging station.

The “La Marmotte” suite.
A suite with a 180-cm double bed (separable) facing the west-facing bay window, featuring a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Thanks to the ceiling-mounted showerhead, it offers a relaxing experience ranging from an invigorating mist to a tropical shower that can transition into a waterfall effect.
A lovely terrace complements this beautiful room.
A separate restroom also offers discreet comfort.
This room is furnished with a large closet and a dresser.
The 55" TV and internet access allow you to stay connected to the world.


The “L’Izard” suite.
A suite featuring a 180 double bed (separable) facing the floor-to-ceiling window overlooking thewest; to your left, the south-facing bay window offers a breathtaking view of nature, along with a beautiful bathroom featuring a double sink and a walk-in shower. Thanks to the overhead showerhead, you can enjoy a relaxing experience ranging from an invigorating mist to a tropical shower that can transition into a waterfall effect.

A dormitory with four beds (90 × 200) that will delight both young and old.

It also has its own bathroom (no direct access—you must go through the hallway right next to it; same for the restroom) with a double sink and a walk-in shower that, thanks to the ceiling-mounted showerhead, offers a relaxing experience ranging from a revitalizing mist to a tropical shower that can transition into a waterfall effect.

The movie theater.
With 14 refurbished theater seats from FONT ROMEU, a very large 85-inch TV, and a Bose home theater system, it’s the perfect space for business meetings or for spending evenings with friends or family.

Equipped primarily with machines from BH FITNESS PRO, it has everything to satisfy even the most demanding athletes.
