‣ Parties, smoking/drugs, any damage, gatherings, or events are strictly not permitted. Any violations may result in removal from the property and additional cleaning or damage fees.
‣ Additional fees are calculated based on any damage present.
‣ The apartment has 2 double-sized beds (1 in each bedroom). 1 double-sized sofa bed in the living room (quilt found in the island bench drawer). Please advise the host before use.
‣ Please note that a MAXIMUM of 6 guests can use the apartment.
‣ A fire extinguisher can be found outside the entry door.
‣ Please report to the host or building manager for any relevant concerns or issues.
KEY REPLACEMENT POLICY
‣ A $250 fee applies if keys are lost or not returned. Callout fee of $250 if check-in times were missed.
KEY COLLECTION & DROP-OFF
‣ Check-in: Key collection is available from (IGA Express) 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM. One set keys with garage fob.
‣ Check-out: Key drop-off (IGA Express) is available from 07:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
‣ Only one set of keys is provided. The second set remains securely stored for emergencies.
‣ Early check-in / late check-out upon approval from the Host is subject to a $70/hour fee.
LONG STAYS:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250.
For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.
