The space
The sleeping areas consist of 3 bedrooms all with ceiling fans (2 rooms have queen beds and one room has 2 king single beds).

Bathroom has a shower, bath, and vanity unit. Toilet is located separate to the bathroom.

Kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a gas cooktop, electric oven and microwave.

Living area has a dining table with 8 chairs, a timber firebox, lounge and armchairs to relax and enjoy time with friends and family.

Laundry has a sink and washing machine. The clothesline is located outside laundry door.

Spacious outdoor deck area has a large square dining table, 8 chairs, BBQ and party lights for evening entertaining.

Patio area captures the morning sun and is a favorite place for breakfast or a morning coffee. Great place to sit and enjoy watching the birds visiting the surrounding garden, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

Guest access
For your stay you will have full access to the entire ground floor areas, outdoor patio and garden areas.

While property will be exclusively at your disposal, guests do not have access to the upstairs area.

No other guests or hosts will share the property during your stay.

Property has plenty of room for onsite parking of two vehicles and a small boat.
