Aspectos positivos: Limpieza y ubicación
There are many things to say about this stay but ill start with the pros.Pros: game room was nice and we enjoyed the air hockey, pool table, and brought our own gaming system to play on the tv.The space was great with all the rooms. Cons:Though it may not bother some as it did us.The private pool was the #1 thing we wanted.Pool heater broken, pool water was 68 and too cold to use our whole stay.We were refunded the heat fee and a small reimbursement, which didnt feel satisfactory.Pool was dirty when we arrived.Cleaner showed up unannounced into the pool area while we were here.Felt uncomfortable to have someone in the property with no warning. It was odd that there was no wheel tray in the microwave so the food could not rotate.Password for wifi took a while to figure out. It was written on a piece of paper very incorrectly. An unnecessary frustration. Communication through vrbo was very limited, so we had to constantly call the Jeeves company for issues. Some calls would ring all the way through to voicemail and would require to us to continually keep calling to get help.It required many calls to get our issues resolved or any feedback.The issue for having our names to get the parking passes took many trips to the clubhouse,which then closed and had us go to the gate twice to finally get it.Wasted alot of our first day.Also we were unaware that the community pool faciliaties cost an extra fee for the stay.
