Thank you for writing us a review. Please know that the home is on a routine pest control schedule by a professional company. However, with the home backing up to a lake and being so close to the beach, sometimes the critters of Florida will find their way in with doors opening and closing. Also, we would have been more than happy to send our maintenance out to treat the home again during your stay if we would have been notified. Despite this, I'm glad you loved the location of the home and I hope you had a wonderful time with family and friends!

Thank You Danielle🌴 I am so happy that you feel that way about the property. Sounds like you had a fantastic vacation, yay! I really appreciate you leaving your feedback and hope that your next vacation (with us) is just as great as the previous one. Again, thank you🌞🌊

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed the location and value of the property. The stairs were recently stained as part of a large project, which may explain the leftover painter’s tape and dust, and we apologize for that. While the property is not pet-friendly, service animals are legally permitted if a guest qualifies. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. - Forever Vacation Rentals

Thank you for the 5 star review, Mary! We appreciate your feedback and will have our maintenance team take a look at the items you mentioned. Thanks again! - Forever Vacation Rentals

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found everything clean and in good working order! We’re sorry to hear that your arrival didn’t go as smoothly as expected. Our system shows that you spoke with a member of our team around 3:30 PM and were assisted with accessing the home. It also shows that your door code worked consistently throughout the remainder of your stay.. We completely understand how frustrating any hiccup at check-in can be, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we’ll continue working hard to ensure a smooth arrival for every guest! - Forever Vacation Rentals

Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to inform us of the issues you encountered during your stay. We deeply apologize for the inconveniences you experienced! The cleanliness and condition of the property are very important to us, and it is disappointing to hear that it fell short of your expectations. The owner of our company and the homeowners personally inspected the home to ensure that we address these concerns promptly. While we would have been happy to send our cleaners to resolve any issues during your stay, we understand that this does not change your experience. We will be speaking with our cleaning company to ensure that such oversights do not happen again. Additionally, our maintenance team will be looking into the stove, freezer shelves, and other maintenance issues you mentioned. Your feedback about the bedding and pillows has also been noted, and we will take the necessary steps to upgrade these items! As a gesture of our appreciation for your feedback and our apology for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you $150 off your next stay with us at Princess of Monaco. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much better experience! 💙 Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and I sincerely apologize once more for any inconvenience! 😊 - Forever Vacation Rentals

Thank you for the review, Tolina! I'm happy to hear you were satisfied with the home and location - it's very convenient being so close to shopping and the beach! This property is privately owned so the furnishings/mattresses are chosen at the discretion of the owner. However, I will pass along your suggestion of new mattresses for the unit to the homeowner! Thank you again :)

Thank you for the kind review, Thomas! I'm so happy to hear that you and your group enjoyed your time with us. We look forward to hosting you again! 🌞🌴🌊
