There are 2 sets of stairs (12 steps each) to get to the unit and within the unit since its a 2 level unit, there are 13 steps to the second level.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, and private balcony. Secure onsite parking for one car is provided, and there is ample visitor parking available within the complex. Guests also enjoy access to resort-style facilities at Paddington Gardens, including the lagoon-style swimming pool, gym, sauna, and landscaped gardens.



NOTE: Early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated with prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee per hour.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paddington, one of Sydney’s most vibrant and stylish suburbs. Renowned for its charming heritage terraces, leafy streets, and thriving café culture, Paddington offers the perfect balance of convenience and character. Just a short stroll from the apartment, you’ll find trendy boutiques, pubs, and popular eateries around Five Ways and along Oxford Street. Centennial Park is only minutes away, ideal for walking, cycling, or picnicking.



The area is exceptionally well connected, with frequent bus services to the Sydney CBD, Circular Quay, and the Opera House in under 15 minutes, as well as easy access to Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach in around 15 minutes. Guests can enjoy a central base close to Sydney’s major attractions while soaking up the relaxed, village atmosphere that makes Paddington so special.

🚋 Trains: The nearest stations are Edgecliff and Kings Cross, both about a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride away. From there, you can connect easily across Sydney.



👣 Walking: Cafés, shops, and pubs at Five Ways and Oxford Street are just a short stroll from the apartment. Centennial Park is also within walking distance.



🚕 Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and taxis are readily available in the area, usually arriving within minutes.



Other Things to Note:

✔️ We provide a starter pack of basic kitchen consumables including tea, coffee, instant coffee pouches, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.



✔️ Cleaning supplies are also available for the kitchen and laundry, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and general cleaning items. These are intended as a welcome supply to get you started, and guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.



📌 For extended bookings, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
