As night falls, watch the city sparkle to life with the Brisbane Eye & Queensland Performing Arts Centre creating a breathtaking backdrop.
This stylish high-rise sanctuary features calming interiors, premium furnishings, and modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining areas, ducted air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, internal laundry, and a smart TV including Netflix for your relaxation, and FREE PARKING.

🚗 Complimentary Parking
One on-site parking space is provided complimentary with your stay.
Parking reservation IS required, and access instructions must be followed exactly as outlined in the Guest Guide. Please ensure you read the parking section carefully before arrival.
🔑 Keys & Access Cards
Guests are provided with apartment keys and parking access cards (if requested). These must be returned at check-out.
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement charge..
✅ Check-in guide with step-by-step instructions will be sent before arrival.
🚫 No parties, pets, smoking, or loud noise.
Please read our House Rules carefully before booking.
- Please respect our NO SMOKING - NO PETS - NO PARTIES - NO DRUGS rules for everyone`s benefit.
-This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. Please note if smoking is detected then a deep clean fee of $220 will be charged. If there are complaints of smoking then you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. You will also get a negative review.
- You agree to collect the keys from a location that is NOT on the property.
- Children are to be supervised near Balcony/windows at ALL times.
- The building manager and body corporate are quite particular so please take the utmost care and show consideration not only for the property and facilities but for all guests and tenants in the building.
- No drunken or unruly behaviour. You will be asked to leave if we receive complaints about disruptive behaviour.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES. Quiet hours are between 09:00 pm and 7:00 am. The building manager and body corporate will not tolerate excessive noise or unruly behaviour.
- Please DO NOT drop or throw anything from the Balcony/window.
- A fee of $250 dollars will be charged to replace lost or damaged keys.
- Only those guests accounted for in the original booking are allowed to enter the property.
- Any damage to the apartment building or contents will result in a charge for the full cost of replacement.
- No bicycles, scooters or skateboards in the lobby.
- For long-term stays over 14 days it will be a requirement to pay for our cleaning and linen service every 14 days for the duration of your stay, at a cost of $133.00 per clean.
The house rules make up part of the agreement that you electronically agree to when you open this manual and collect the keys. Please abide by ALL of them and treat our home with care and respect.
