This is a great little cottage! Second time staying here. It’s our go to place when we go to Redmond. Management let us have an earlier check in as our flight came in hours earlier than the standard check in time. Highly recommend:)

Adored this cozy little house! My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. Had a slight issue with some lights not working and maintenance fixed quickly. Would definitely stay here again

I won’t stay here again due to outsourcing of communication with the host. I had a 12 day stay and only minimal basics supplied. I had to phone 2x to get dish washing soap. First time the outsourced customer service person read from a script telling me that it’s wasn’t available . Really!? Which by the way was their basic starter package. I asked for more garbage bags but never got them. The furnishing in the main room were either ripped or soiled upholstery. The area rug is grungy. Too much for what you get. I travel often and stay in the area and this is not worth it.

Thank you for sharing this feedback — I’m very sorry your experience was disappointing. We do send out an email to our guests several days before check-in with lots of info about the home, including that we only supply a start kit of soap supplies. I understand your concerns regarding longer stays, though, and will happily discuss this with our housekeeping team leadership. I will also be sure to speak to our guest experience team about clarifying the starter kit information over the phone, as well. The housekeeping team will also inspect the rug and upholstery and schedule deep cleaning promptly. Thank you very much for your feedback, we will use it to improve.

We had pets and wasn’t aware yard was not fully fenced. House was amazing! There was no remote for the window blind so it stayed open to the street, and no remote for one bedroom fan so couldn’t figure that out. Door for second bedroom with laundry was not able to be shut or latched. Otherwise property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Overall, a good experience. The house is nice and clean. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Beds were comfortable.Just a couple of things I noticed….It was very warm when I checked in, and the house was about 76 degrees. I turned on the AC and set it to about 68 (which is what I am used to). You could feel cooler air coming through the vents, but the house never dropped below 71 degrees during the day. One of the bedroom doors did not latch (the one with the bathroom attached) so I had to prop things up against the door at night so the door would stay closed.People limit - while the house sleeps four people, the property manager/owner states in the instructions that you cannot have more than 4 people on the property at any time. So if you are visiting friends, and you want to have them come over, you can’t. I get that this is likely due to people throwing parties or having dozens of people over, but I feel that it is a bit excessive if you want to have a couple people over for dinner or something.Car limit - the instructions stated that only two cars can be parked at the property and that is it monitored. So if four separate people are staying at this house, and they each bring their own car, it sounds like you could get in trouble for having four cars there at a time. The fact that it is monitored weirded me out a bit. There is a camera above the front door and off the back porch so I am assuming that’s how it’s monitored.

I'm sorry the A/C didn’t reach the temperature you expected and that a bedroom door latch was loose — that’s not the experience we want for guests. We’ll have maintenance check the HVAC/thermostat and repair the door latch. Regarding the occupancy and parking rules - I'm sorry they felt restrictive, but those limits are in place to comply with local regulations and protect the neighborhood and we do notify guests in advance so they can prepare and know what to expect.
