This elegant residence at Arrowleaf Lodge blends rustic mountain charm with
contemporary luxury in the heart of Empire Pass. Situated with direct ski-
in/ski-out access and close to Park City’s top attractions, it offers a
refined mountain experience for both year-round residents and vacation guests.
The open-concept living area is the centerpiece of the home, featuring a
floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, rich hardwood floors, and expansive windows
that frame mountain views. The gourmet kitchen includes high-end stainless
steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a granite island with bar
seating—perfect for cooking, dining, or entertaining.
The home includes two well-appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary
suite is a cozy, light-filled retreat, while the second bedroom offers a
unique loft-style bunk arrangement—ideal for families or guests. Bathrooms
feature elegant tile work, modern vanities, and one includes a luxurious
soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.
Guests have access to Arrowleaf Lodge’s premium amenities, including outdoor
hot tubs, ski lockers, fire pits, a lounge with shuffleboard and a pool table,
