Designed in 2025 with contemporary elegance and warm country charm, this exclusive one-bedroom guest house offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking sunsets and the beauty of local wildlife right outside your door.
The stylish kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, rangehood and microwave, along with pantry essentials and a fully stocked fridge. All food and beverages are included with your stay, complemented by a welcome bottle of wine, artisan chocolates and fresh South Australian produce on arrival.
The bathroom is a stunning space featuring designer tiling, a spacious walk-in shower and modern vanity, with luxury bathroom amenities provided for your comfort.
The serene bedroom boasts a plush queen bed, air conditioning and ample wardrobe storage for longer stays. Wake to extraordinary city and coastal views, then unwind on your private balcony as the sky transforms at sunset — where kangaroos and native wildlife are often seen in the golden light.

Guest access
The guest house is attached to the main residence, however it features completely private access and is securely separated to ensure no entry to the main home, allowing guests to enjoy full privacy throughout their stay. You may occasionally see our friendly dog in the open garden backyard area of the main house, though all guest areas remain private and undisturbed.
Access to the guest house is via a secure lockbox located at the main residence, with the address and entry details provided 24 hours prior to check-in. Once collected, clear instructions will guide you to drive around to the rear of the property where the private entrance is located.
Please note that access to the guest house includes a set of steep stairs. The elevated position offers breathtaking views, and while well worth it, guests should keep this in mind when arriving with luggage.

The guest house is located within a new estate, and surrounding construction may be occurring at times during the day. While every effort is made to ensure a peaceful stay, some daytime noise may be experienced.
Due to the elevated hillside location, the area can experience gully winds, which may be strong on some evenings. This is part of what creates the stunning views and fresh air, but guests should be aware.
We also have a friendly dog at the main residence who you may see in the backyard from time to time. He is part of the household — and may occasionally go about his business outdoors as dogs do!
There is no laundry in the AirBnB but we are happy to do your laundry for you and can be coordinated with the Host at a small fee.
