This beautifully situated studio in a gated community with a pool offers a quiet and private retreat. Located in the Almendra community of ProCab, Cabarete, it’s an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The complex includes a cozy bar with a BBQ area and a jacuzzi for added comfort.
The studio offers a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace.
Cabarete’s main beach is only a 10-minute walk away.
Enjoy Cabarete’s lively atmosphere, with a wide selection of restaurants, beach sports, bars, clubs, nightclubs, fitness centers, banks, and more all nearby.
Just a short walk from the studio, you’ll find the cozy Ali’s Surf Camp restaurant, perfectly set beside the lagoon.
In the heart of Cabarete, charming breakfast spots such as Panadería Dick and Restaurant Friends offer delicious coffee and fresh pastries to start your day right.
For groceries and essentials, Janet Supermarket is conveniently located at the entrance of Cabarete, only a 10-minute walk from the studio.
Additionally, two mountain bikes are available for rent at a small fee of USD 2 per day per bike. Advance reservation is required.
For stays longer than 10 days, a bi-weekly cleaning service fee of USD $45 applies, in addition to a deep cleaning fee at checkout. The service includes replacement of bed linens and towels, and thorough cleaning of floors, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen.
Please also note that electricity consumption is charged separately and is not included in the rental price. Usage is billed based on the meter reading.
