A charming three bedroom home, lovingly restored with all the modern comforts. Located in a quiet court overlooking One Mile Creek, with stunning River Red Gum trees and natural bush to be seen from the lounge and dining room windows.
An outdoor fire pit and deck overlooking the creek set in picturesque gardens all make for the perfect getaway.
A kids playground and open space at the end of the court and a myriad of walking and cycling trails that wind through the creeks and river systems of Wangaratta. A beautiful and fun way to explore the area or walk to a cafe like Madem Espresso's or the Appin Street Bakery.
A short walk or drive to Waldara Golf Course, Park Lane Nursery or the beautiful Northern Beaches on the Oven's River for a fish or swim on a hot day. A five minute drive into town for shopping, restaurants, a movie and other services, the options are endless.
Wangaratta is the perfect base for exploring the region with easy day trips to renowned wineries, gourmet food regions and charming boutique towns such as Milawa, Rutherglen, King Valley, Bright and Beechworth. The town itself has plenty to offer too, including cycling, fishing, hiking, rivers galore and great shopping. You’ll never want to leave.
