This beautifully presented three-bedroom property offers modern living just a 5-minute drive from Taupō town center, cafés, supermarkets, and the lakefront.



The home features three spacious bedrooms, including a master with a king bed and ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and its own heat pump/AC for year-round comfort. The second and third bedroom are conveniently located near the main bathroom and equipped with a queen bed, and two single beds, making the layout ideal for couples travelling together, or small families.



The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, flowing from the dining space into the comfortable lounge. Relax on the brand-new Nick Scali sofa while enjoying the large 65-inch Smart TV, or unwind by the cosy gas fireplace. With two heat pumps/AC and an additional wall heater, the home stays comfortable in every season.



The executive kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare meals with ease. A beautiful new dining table provides the perfect space for shared meals or working remotely.



Guests also have access to the laundry, complete with washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays, and to the fully fenced backyard to let your little ones run around safe.
