Experience 18th floor stunning views from this luxury 2 Bedroom, 2 King Bed, 2 Ensuite Bath Condo, overlooking the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean. The Luxury W Residences is located in the heart of Ft Lauderdale beach. On-site dining, WET deck, two rooftop pools, jacuzzi, AWAY spa and fitness center.
Our condo offers modern furniture with a fully equipped kitchen & large tv's in every room.
The Condo is located at the W Luxury Residences on the 18th floor and directly on the famous Fort Lauderdale Central Beach. It has a spectacular north facing view to enjoy on the balcony with a morning coffee or a meal on the balcony.
️Separate W Residences Heated Pool and Building, so its completely separate of the W Hotel. Our guests get to enjoy the privacy of an Exclusive Pool. ️
The Condo is in the perfect location directly on Central beach, walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard, surrounded by restaurants, boutique shopping and infamous local Bars and Clubs in Fort Lauderdale.
️ Washer and Dryer - Inside the Condo Unit with free use.

3. Watersport Rentals including parasailing, jet-skiing, kayaking, and boat rentals.
4. Prime location to both FLL and MIA airports as well as regional and private airfields.
5. Centrally located to dynamic beachfront nightlife and culinary delights;
6. Stay sporty: Close to NFL's Miami Dolphins, NBA's Miami Heat, MLB's Miami Marlins, MLS' InterMiami, NHL's Florida Panthers.
7. Local events: Fort Lauderdale beach is home to many local festivals and events on Central Beach.

The W Hotel charges a Separate/Mandatory resort fee of $62.15/Night and it is charged directly by the W Hotel. This will be collected at the front desk upon your arrival.
This provides access to all resort amenities including : Fitness Center and Classes, Two beach chairs and One umbrella with fresh cold water bottles free, Two bike rentals, Residential Private Rooftop Pool and Spa.
***DJ / Party Pool - Day Pass*** Optional - NOT Mandatory
A separate party pool fee of $125 per person/per day is charged directly by the hotel and will be collected at the front desk if you desire the DJ/Party Pool pass for the day.
