Welcome to Arcadia by the Beach, a beautifully presented new-build home designed for relaxed group getaways just moments from the shoreline. With generous proportions and two separate living areas, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, unwind and enjoy time together. The open-plan kitchen and dining area flows out to a secure backyard with alfresco seating — perfect for long summer dinners and easy evenings after the beach.
With five comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and two smart TVs, the home suits families or groups wanting both comfort and convenience. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement, and the secure yard offers a safe outdoor space to enjoy.

Located in a quiet Tootgarook street, you’re just a short walk to the bay beach and only minutes to Rye and Rosebud shops, cafés and coastal attractions — an ideal base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
