The Space:

A bright, well-laid-out 1-bedroom apartment that works beautifully for couples and small groups. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the living room sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests—sleeping up to 4 in total. You’ll also have a full kitchen for simple meals, a cozy lounge to unwind, and a dedicated desk if you need to check in on work. The apartment gets great natural light—perfect after a day exploring Melbourne.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. You’ll also have access to shared building facilities including the indoor pool, gym and sauna (subject to building rules/hours). Parking is available in the building (availability and fees are set by booking length), and access is via the main lobby and lifts.



The Neighborhood:

West Side Place sits right next to Southern Cross Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and beyond. You’re close to the Free Tram Zone, Docklands, Marvel Stadium and the river, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It’s a handy base for couples—walkable, well-connected, and ideal for a relaxed Melbourne getaway.



Getting Around:

Southern Cross Station is just steps away, so getting around Melbourne (and to/from the airport) is easy. You’re also close to the Free Tram Zone—great for quick trips to the CBD, Docklands, Southbank and Queen Victoria Market. Most key spots are walkable, and rideshare/taxis are readily available in this area.

- This is a 1-bedroom apartment. It sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed plus a living-room sofa bed.

- Building facilities (pool/gym/sauna) are shared and subject to building rules and operating hours.

- No smoking inside the apartment or on common property.

- No parties or events. Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times, especially during quiet hours.
