The separate study adds a quiet zone for focused work, reading, or planning your day—without taking over the living space.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Please note that building facilities and shared common areas are not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in a fantastic Southbank location, tucked away in a quieter pocket just behind DFO and close to the tram stop, so you can enjoy both convenience and calm. Positioned between the CBD and the bay, it’s easy to head into the city for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, or go the other way for waterfront walks and a more relaxed Melbourne feel. It’s a great base if you want to stay close to the action without being right in the middle of the noise.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient from here. With the tram stop just behind DFO only a short walk away, you can easily explore the CBD and surrounding Melbourne hotspots without needing a car. For guests who are driving, the area is also easy to access, with convenient nearby parking options.



Other Things to Note:

No parties, events or loud gatherings. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in any building common areas. Please respect neighbours and observe quiet hours (10pm–8am). Only registered guests are permitted—no unapproved visitors. Shared facilities (pool/gym/sky garden) are for residents and guests only and must be used in line with building rules and opening hours. Any loss of keys/fobs, excessive cleaning, or damage may incur additional charges.
