We also appreciate the specific feedback, since it helps us keep improving for future guests: On the hot tub, when we discovered the issue, we sent technicians out right away and wanted to confirm it was working properly before reaching back out, rather than giving premature updates. It was fully repaired by the next morning. On the kitchen, we do provide a substantial amount of cookware, but we always welcome suggestions like yours and are evaluating additional options to make things even easier for larger groups. On the EV chargers, they do support all EV makes and models, including Cadillac, but do require an adapter. This is noted in the pre-arrival materials we send ahead of your stay, so we'd encourage future guests to review those and bring the appropriate adapter, or reach out to our team beforehand if any questions come up.
