Eden Hill Residence is a bright, comfortable space thoughtfully set up for both short and extended stays. Walk up to the top two floors of this classic three‑storey home and step into your own private retreat. Upon entry, you’ll pass through a shared foyer with two doors; your unit is through the red door, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy and peace of mind.

The Space

Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort and rest in mind, featuring:

A cozy living area to unwind after a day of exploring.

A functional kitchen with everything you need for light cooking and simple meals.

A clean, updated bathroom for a refreshing start and end to your day.

Two restful bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, ample storage, and soft lighting for a calm, relaxing sleep.

Large windows flooding the home with natural light and harbour views.

In‑suite laundry (new and in excellent working order), parking pass, and high‑speed Wi‑Fi.

The décor is simple, stylish, and intentionally designed as an oasis of quiet and peace, with colours and fixtures chosen to support deep rest and retreat. St. John’s, Newfoundland offers plenty of excitement and activity just outside your door, but when you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, soothing, and recharging so you can reset between adventures. Family of 4, stayed in July. The place is in a great location to walk to many of the key locations in St John’s including - Downtown (Water St, George st, The Rooms - which you can see from the place). Tourist note that if you want an excellent view of the Harbour and city eat at The Rooms cafe. Tim Horton’s is also across the street if needed. Found the host very helpful and responsive. One small note is make sure you find out how to lock the door from host. If you aren’t used to the door lock system it might be tricky. It is easy once you know. We would happily recommend the place to those looking for a clean, centrally located accommodation.

As it was my husband and I in the rental property we were very pleased with the space. Very clean , nicely decorated, host had very clear instructions re:parking pass and the check in process. Pleased with the amenities. Dish washer, washer and dryer, pots and pans, soap for laundry and dishes included. We appreciated the host touching base with us and answering our questions in a timely manner. The Tim Horton’s across the street was a bonus. Many thanks for your help Kingsley.

This is a lovely spot for a visit to St Johns. Five minutes from downtown Steep hill so be prepared but easily done. Hidden gems close by. Donuts not Timmies and resturant next door. Easy parking, helpful neighbors. Everything you need for a great stay. Host is very helpful and communicative. Stayed for 12 days.
