This Hampton apartment is a breath of fresh air, it's a bright and welcoming ground-floor apartment, perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxed bayside escape. Light-filled open-plan living includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining for four, and a comfortable lounge area. A dedicated desk makes it easy to work from home, while the small private yard offers a sunny spot to unwind.
The apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Pet-friendly and thoughtfully appointed, Holly by the Bay also includes secure parking for one car, making your stay easy and convenient.

Centrally located in Hampton, you’re just a short stroll to Hampton Station, local shops, and a variety of cafés and restaurants — and only a short walk to beautiful Hampton Beach. Enjoy nearby favourites like Picasso’s and Bang Bang, then take advantage of the stunning oceanside walking and cycling track to explore the very best of Bayside.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
