Great Property with Nice Kitchen

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. Everything went well. Check-in Process - This is great, Michele sent us a document with all details along with nearby attractions. This made the entire process go much smoother. Condo: The condo is located on 2nd floor. We use stairs to get up and down. It has a key code, so no actual keys are needed. The 2-bed room unit has 2 bathroom, fully functional (and well made) kitchen with all utensils and comes with basis like salt, pepper, sauces etc that previous tenants have left (we left some unused items as well that others can use). The four of us (2 teenage kids and me and my wife) had a comfortable stay. The wifi was sufficient for all four of us to have zoom calls at same time. The condo came with beach umbrella and beach chairs, so that was really nice. The community is 55+ and is on the golf course - very nice and relaxing. It is close to all food places, beaches and Target so that was super nice. All in all, great trip and looking forward to going back again.

Newly restored second floor condo overlooking golf course

We really enjoyed our month in this unit and would do it again if the opportunity comes up. Very clean and well stocked as the pictures and description suggest with a relaxing and serene view of the third hole at Quail Run. Michele, the owner, was great to rent from and very responsive to all our questions.

Perfect location, excellent condo

I was in town for an extended stay of visiting my parents in the Park Shore area. I love my family, however, I do not like to impose for an extended stay and instead elected to stay nearby in this excellent condo. The condo's location was close to Park Shore along with just about everything else. I really felt that I was in the heart of it all being convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores, and a straight shot down Pine Ridge for I75 access. Most importantly, the location was only about 3 miles from my parent's home in Park Shore The complex itself was cute and located on a golf course which allowed for some very pretty views from the living room and the lanai. It was nice having a covered carport to absorb the heat of the sun. The condo was nicely updated, clean, and comfortable. Michelle was an excellent host, providing effective and efficient communication along with wonderful condo accommodations. Thank you!

We loved this place!!

We were a little unsure booking being that this was a new listing but WOW, such a fantastic condo in an excellent location. The condo complex itself is located within a larger golf community. The actual condo had such nice views of the golf course from the large screened lanai. The community is located a short distance from Publix grocery store as well as Target. We also hit the nearby Costco for groceries for our stay. We were surprised by the amount of really great restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed Millers Ale House for prime rib one evening as well as South Street, The Black Eye PIg (great barbeque) We also found a delicious breakfast place nearby called "Goldies". The nearest beach was straight down Pine Ridge, about 5 minutes or so drive from this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable as well and the host Michelle was responsive to our questions and a great communicator. Thank you, we will return! Marcus and Sheila

We wished we would have booked a longer stay!

The condo was absolutely delightful, clean, lots of space, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee in the mornings on the screened-in patio as well as again in the evenings for a wind down for the day nightcap. The view of the golf course and all of the beautiful trees and landscaping was really nice. Neither of us are golfers, however, it was just a really beautiful and relaxing area which we both enjoyed tremendously. The condo location was perfect, just a short distance to the beaches and easy access to many stores and plenty of restaurants. We certainly did not go hungry in Napels! . We enjoyed going down to 5th Ave for dinner one evening and was surprised on how easy and short of a drive it was from this condo. We also really liked the Naples Pier and had lunch in that general area at Tommy Bahamas as well as the Pub on a few occasions as well. The condo owner was quick to answer questions and offered some great tips for restaurants as well as a wonderful walk she recommended over at Greenway Park. Our only regret was not planning a longer stay, but we will be back!

I was showing this condo to a client / buyer and personally fell in love the moment I stepped inside this special home. The condo has such a unique floor plan as well as a genuinely warm feeling that I knew right away that I needed to make it mine. Thankfully, my customer had her heart set on a condo we saw earlier in the day, leaving me free to snatch up this truly special condo for my own.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The large screened in private lanai looking out at the beautiful golf course is so tranquil and peaceful. I also love this central Naples location that this condo community provides. Clam Pass Beach is just a few miles along with Waterside shops, grocery stores, movie theater, and shops galore.
