The Space:
Current Bedding Configuration:
1st bedroom:1x Double bed with A/C (downstairs)
2nd bedroom: 1 x Queen bed with A/C ( upstairs)
3rd bedroom: 1 x Queen bed with A/C ( upstairs)
4th bedroom( Children's Room): 1 X Bund bed ( 1 x Double & 1 x Single) with A/C( upstairs)
5th bedroom: 1 X Kind bed with A/C, master bedroom with bathroom, with A/C
The property can host up to 12 guests and includes a sofa bed in the living room, an additional AU$50 per person per day.
There is one bathroom downstairs next to 1st bedroom with shower & toilet
2nd full bathroom located upstairs with shower, bathtub and toilet next to 4th bedroom.
3rd bathroom located upstairs in the master bedroom with shower and toilet
Spacious space living room with comfortable sofa and a smart TV .

The property is situated on a slope, and access requires steps. Therefore, it is not recommended for wheelchair users, elderly guests, or guests with disabilities.
Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during your stay.
You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine.
Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.
Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater are switched off.
Before checking out, please ensure that all lights and the AC are turned off, and that the door is locked.
Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 9am-5pm and 24/7 in an emergency! We will do our best to help your great trip.
Wheelchair access is not recommended due to stairs.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.
Additional Rules:
*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.
*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
