THE SPACE

At the front of the home, the elevated balcony is a highlight. With ocean views down toward Sandy Beach, a Ziggy BBQ, and a high bar setting for six guests, this is the perfect place to enjoy coastal breezes and the sound of the waves.

Three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry are also located on this level, providing privacy and separation from the main upstairs living space.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire duplex, including all indoor living areas and secure garage parking for one vehicle. Please note there is no access to the paved back yard or storage shed at the back of the duplex.
